For many years we have been observing the unnecessary parts of the property industry and also noting things which seem to be missing from the sales and purchasing process; ranging from agencies offering a lack of client care, through to the ‘passive and reactive approach’ to selling. We have re-imagined the whole experience. Our USP’s are below:

WE ARE NOT NINE-TO-FIVE

We have heard of many sales and potential opportunities falling-through because the agent had clocked off and did not respond. We do not work rigidly between 9am – 5pm. We are available for communication on the phone, email, WhatsApp and social media out of hours, seven days a week.

A WIDER DATABASE

Because we operate in a wide area, our database has a much broader reach of ready-to-go buyers; giving us the best chance of finding the right buyer, sooner.

WE WORK ON THE FRONT FOOT

Our approach is to “make the market” and “find the buyer”, not simply wait for the business to come to us. We know, from working in some of the most aggressive markets in the country, that you need to be highly proactive to really make a difference. Our proactive approach means we are putting our buyers and clients in the best position of finding the right property, whether it be on or off-market. We also help our sellers with their onward movements and help to manage both chains.

LOWER FEES

Because we don’t have high property overheads, we can put all of our attention into our service and making sure we are achieving the best results for our clients, without charging high fees. Simply put, with us you get a premium service, for non-premium rates.

COMMUNITY DRIVEN

We recognise that a lot of agencies claim to be “local” but do not actually engage with the local areas. Our approach is truly community driven, which is why we are always looking for opportunities to engage with and support local charities and initiatives.

FULLY MANAGED BESPOKE SALES PROCESS

From the moment we first meet, everything we do is dedicated to achieving a successful, secure, sale at the highest possible price, within the desired timescales. Nothing is left to chance. We like to “solve problems before they arise” and drive transactions to completion. A lot of agencies believe that their role is done once they have an offer accepted, but we know that this is just the start of the process, and that hurdles can still arise. We plan for this upfront and have the experience to guide you through the process.

We recommend quality mortgage brokers, solicitors, removal companies, builders, surveyors, tradesmen and cleaners that can help our customers throughout the process, not just ones that are willing to pay a referral fee.
